I hv OBC certificate issued by Delhi and Central bothcan I apply for UP MBBS seat in OBC category our caste is also in UP State list.advise

Hello Rakesh,
You can apply for OBC category only if you have filled your category as OBC while filling neet UG application form. Having said that, I assume you have filled so, now during counselling process you need to show them the nodal officer your original obc certificate, since you have the original certificate. You should have no issues. Hence you can apply.
