Dear Tushar

If you don't want the allotted college in round-2 through Online All India Quota UG Counseling-2019, you can exit with forfeiture(losing) of security fees (Rs 10,000/-) within 2 days of publishing of round-2 result. The refund process will be done after completion of all rounds to the same account number used for payment.
