well, some of your points are quite true for government sectors job and current scenario in job market, competition is huge and number of candidates are 10-12 times higher then the number of vacancy. so to crack a government job you must have a positive environment in your background and must be motivated and devoted to studies. however you may apply for mncs as per your skill, many post are open for accounts section executive. you may learn some software like tally erp, quickbooks, ms excel to make increase valuable points to your resume.
make a suitable resume and try to make it one page, do register in linkedin, naukri, indeed , time job like websites to get latest job updates.
