I hv secured 4995 rank in veterinary practical (agriculture quota) and i am of obc category vokkaliga will I get veterinary seat.....?

With 4995 rank, you'll be most probably getting many options with government colleges because you have cleared the cutoff marks and rank that is neccessary for the admissions into the colleges. And also according to last year cutoff, you have secured a good rank. So you will get a seat.
