According to the guidelines you need to have a savings or a current bank account.
The account needs to be belonging to a adult and not to a minor.
Any government Jan dhan yojna attached account is also not allowed.
If your account is still a minor account then it is okay to fill in your father's account details.
Don't fill yours because it is not allowed and you might get trouble if you did that.
Giving your father's account details will be a safer option and will in any case a authentic step to be followed.
