i hve got 70 percetile in CAT and i have completed BE Mechanical in 2012 with 76%. i have 7 year exp. to related sector but my 10 marks 67% and 12th 46% any chance to get admission in any IIM. I belong to general catogary.

With your CAT percentile you may not get a call from IIMs considering the fact that you belong to general category. IIMs require above 90 percentile for general category in order to get a call. Moreover almost all the IIMs have already released their shortlist and so.e have started their selection processes also.
But considering your profile you can check out other good colleges like
