I hve got 726 rank in ipu bsc hons nursing CET2020 and i am in the delhi region general category . Can i get admission in ipu ?

Your rank is good according to your rank. Yes can get seat here. And there are the higher chances of getting seat your seat because you belongs to delhi region. Most of the colleges gives high preference to the localite students.
