You didn't mention whether you have Punjab state  domicile or not. Nevertheless, as per 2018 the cut off through AIQ for SC category in Government college in Punjab for MBBS was 453.

Though state quota the cut off was 470.

This year the cut off is going to increase by 15-30 marks.

Sorry to inform you but you don't seem to have chances for a MBBS seat .

You can try for private colleges though .
