I , in neet pg 2019 last year had secured a rank of 24k ,then i droped to improve my rank ,this year i got 70k ? what should i do ? drop or should take provate collage ? whabt to MD( MEDICINE OR PEDIATRICS)? Which collage i can get?

Join this year. for AIQ, top colleges accept upto 70k rank. If you have any reservation category then it will be helpfull for you. Try for state government college. keep some private college options for security purpose. Better not to take risk. Fee structure will be same for everyone even who have low rank. Low rank only give better college options. So you have chances to apply into them.
