To be eligible for Gujarat State domicile,

a candidate must be born in Gujarat and should have completed his or her class 10th and 12th from the state as well.

Or, Candidates from outside the state should be living in the state for a period of more than 10 years and should have completed his or her 10th and 12 th from the state.

As per you specifications your daughter is eligible for the Gujarat State domicile.
