I joined in APPGCET first counselling...self report. However, I think I should go for second counselling. If I get a seat in the college of my choice in the second counselling, then what happens to the seat in the first counselling? Or if there is no allotment seat in the second counselling...?

Ive got civil engineering in which is my 10th choice in the first seat allotment in ojee counselling.. I want a better branch.. So should I opt for floating? If I do so then if after all rounds I dont get any better branch then will the seat for civil engineering will be cancelled?
