I am very sorry to inform you there is no way they are gonna return your admission money.
They will not give a student T.C,Character certificate and other important certificates if the student's fees is not paid.
They will tell you "It is against our rules."
The answer is they will not unless they are really genuine people.
However, there is always a room for the loop hole.
Just remember they ain't foolish. Probably you are not the first one.
However, you can always try.
