i just completed my 12th....what is the next thing i should do become a human resource manager
Hello,
To begin your career in Human Resource Management you should be Graduate/post graduate in management. You can choose BBA/MBA (full time & regular course) with specialization in Human Resource Management. Apart from this, getting a good score on either MAT, CAT or ATMA will serve you well.
There are Certification Institutes and bodies like Talent Management Institute, HR Certification Institute, Society for Human Resource Management, Human Capital Institute that offer many certification programmers.
A career as an HR executive generally requires at least a bachelor's degree and 5 -6 years of experience. Talent management has become an in thing today and has started working in tandem with the HR approaches. Recruiters these days prefer applicants with a certification and a graduate degree.
Good luck!
If you have career goal to become HR manager than you can think Psychology programme in Bachelor degree through that you would understand the human behaviour and personality .That will help you to recruit the person for the particular job profile.
Otherwise you can think for BBA programme.
All the Best
For that you will have to complete your graduation first. Preferably you can choose BBA general.
Also after you complete your graduation apply for various management exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT and there are many management institutes which has a HR as a specialization.

You will have to appear for TISS NET exam to crack admission in this.
Hope this helps you.
All the best.
