I just completed my 1st year of engineering from VIT AP. and I want to dropout from engineering to join a different course. Can you please explain me the procedure to be followed? and also, do I have to pay the fees for the remaining years for my course at the time of dropout?

hope you are doing fine and great . As per your query , I would like to inform you that if you are planning to exit from a course suppose btech and start another course ,then you dont have need to pay fees of remaining years you can easily do that . But if you are planning to change the college and take admission in some other college in 2nd year,then you will need a NOC(no objection certificate) which is only provided to you if will pay the remaining years fee
