HI,
SEE IITS and nits does not allow lateral entry admission in b.tech courses for diploma candidates, students who have passed 12th course in 2019 or appearing in 2020 are only eligible for jee advance 2020. however state government engineering colleges and some private colleges has option for admission in btech course as lateral entry. you need to appear in lateral entry entrance test for admission.
Hello,
Can you please tell us in which year you have completed your diploma in engineering and the percentage you have scored? It will be helpful so that we may tell you if you are eligible to appear in JEE main and JEE Advanced. If you want to study in IIT then surely you need to take a year off and prepare for JEE main 2021 and JEE Advanced 2021 because that's the only way you can get admission in IIT.You may also join in your state colleges through lateral entry if you do not want to join in IIT.
