I just completed my b.com I want to do mba next year which exam I prefer to get admission in great lakes chennai GMAT or cat .

As you are a fresher, it is advisable you stick to CAT for now. Great Lakes Institute accepts CAT score. Start preparing and give your best shot in CAT.

Dear student,
As you have completed your graduation you are eligible to appear for both CAT and GMAT but CAT is the entrance for admissions in MBA in colleges across India while GMAT is entrance test meant for admissions in MBA in colleges in foreign countries. So be it Great Lakes College or any other Indian college you need to appear for CAT to get admissions in it. Hope this might help you.

I hope you are doing well.
Congrats for completing you graduation.If you want to do MBA you have yo prepare for its entrance exams that gives you colleges.As you mentioned that you are droping one year so you have plenty of time too.You said that you want toget admission in chennai.
I suggest you should go for CAT and you can also get IIMs from that if you get good %ile.
So, you have to do a lot of hard work and you will get any college you want.
