I just completed my graduation from bsc pcm. Can i get iim by qualifying cat and a better job option

You will definitely get IIMs if your crack the Cat exam. Next cat exam is scheduled to be in November 2019.
IIMs not only undertake the marks of cat but you have to crack sectional cutoff also for IIMs call. After call from iims you have to appear for GD and PI session, if you crack these sessions then only you will get admission in iims.
As for the better job option, IIMs always on it for their students. IIMs always know for its good placements in national and multinational institute with very high package.
So you can go for Cat 2019 if you want to join IIMs. All the best for your preparation.
