If you are asking for AIIMS and NEET application form then you can make corrections. The corrections are provided in case of personal details, state code of eigibility, gender, date of birth, photograpgh and signature. The correction window for NEET is available from 12th-16th March 2018 and that for AIIMS is available on 20th March 2018. Make sure that is avaiable for one time only. No second chance will be provided for making corrections.

Now, you can continue filling the application form and make changes at the time of correction window will be provided.

In case, your query is related to NEET or AIIMS then dont worry the correction window will be open in next month so that time you can rectify your mistake and the dates are 12th-16th March 2018 (NEET) and  and AIIMS rectification will be there on 20th-March 2018.
