I just got 180 because of mismarking I am confident that if I repeat I can score above 450 so is it worth repeating or try dental in deemed?

If it is your dream to be a doctor, I'd advise you to take a drop and try again. But the next time you try, aim to score even higher because the cut offs also will be higher. Medicine is every bit worth of the efforts you put. Though, I'd like to point out there's alot more hardwork once you get in. So If Medicine is really what you want, then go for it. Atleast, you won't regret that you didn't give it a shot. All the best!
Yes you can repeat if you have that confidence. Just giving one more try and not loosing hope and patience is what a medical aspirant should have. But keep in mind that if you belong to general category you must have a score of 500+ to secure your seat in 85% state quota seats. And belonging to SC/ St category 450+ would work .
