Hello candidate,

Once a candidate has been allotted a seat at any medical college and when he visits the specific nodal centre there is a set of documents which you require for verification and other admission purposes which also includes the medical certificate. This medical certificate is an officially signed official record provided to the candidate which must be from a authorised practicing doctor from any private or government hospital which includes several information about the student such as weight, height any specific disabilities, or allergies which the institution must  know before providing him admission.

Hope you found it helpful.
