I just have one month now and i haven't studied yet...how do i score 450-500 in neet within this one month...please help !!!!!

1 month time is a bit less to study the syllabus for whole 2 years.
But, you can still try as best as you can.
Identify the important topics for all subjects. And start studying the NCERTs for all three subjects. Read the NCERTs thoroughly.
Majority if questions(about 95%) will be from NCERT ( for Biology and Chemistry).
For Physics, clear your concepts and practice questions.
