its quite good to have safe side ,when it comes for career ,since you have got 119 marks in NEET out of 720, it is definetely low marks if you want to complete your studies from a good government or private medical colleges .
bachelor in science is a good path, you can definetly choose it for your graduation and side by side you can also prepare for NEET xams, many people does that, just you have to focus on both ,however it would be not so much hectic, it just depends upon your routine planning, you can do B.Sc from a non attending college to get enough time for the preparation.

If you don't want to drop you can surely do bsc through sol or other open universities and side by side prepare for medical entrance you can also do bsc in regular college but you will have to maintain a time table and be singer and devoted towards the preparation.
