No one can stop you or resist you to take PCB in any school. They have no right to decide that what you should choose., it will be your decision and it doesn't matter that how many marks you scored in 10 . Sometime school think that the grades if the student in 10 is not good so he / she can not do well in science so they divert you or said that they will not provide science they can  give admission in bcom or arts only .

But if your parents talk to the school's principal than they will easily allowed. So don't worry even if they still not allow then you can go to other school .

But your parents should be with your decision .

see if you have interest in neet or interest in medical sciences you should go for it. Because it doesn't affect for medical line that whether you have bad marks in 10 or not. But you should have the capability to study hard for Neet. as per you have mentioned that you belongs to poor family I think this will not be a problem if you you can achieve Government Medical College.
