You can easily score 150 marks in 15 days, mostly focus on the syllabus of Biology as it is easiest subject among all, the weightage of each unit of Biology is as follows:
1. Human physiology, weightage 20%
2. Diversity of living organisms, weightage 14%
3. Cell: structure and function, weightage 9%
4. Plant physiology, weightage 6%
5. Structural organisation in plants and animals, weightage 5%.

See the important chapters generally include evolution, ecology and classification as most questions come up from these chapters only.
But for technical type questions, you need to pay special attention to the physiology chapters too.
So study well.
Solve as many MCQs as you can and try "Fingertips" as it includes section wise MCQs.
