You are just 20 years old, your whole life is in front of you! You could start a new course entirely, prepare for some competitive exam for a year and get into a good college, or even do small internships to hone your skills. That would also be a good idea if you want to fund your studies on your own. I would suggest you to find out, what course/career option appeals to you, and then start working towards it wholeheartedly. All the best!
