Hi Aspirant,
I think you know the chances and rush between the students of getting government colleges and Government colleges provide seats to all over the students from India there is no special kind of reservation for state students. So, it hard to get government college but sometimes there are chances of getting government colleges if some students leave there seat for some reasons and it happens every year in some College's or else it's no . I know it's kind of hard but you must keep eye on college and atleast take a counseling for inquiry. Please check our college predictor link to know the chances of colleges you can apply for if there is any government colleges you can apply for then it will show you.

Hope it may help you !!!
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 510 marks you may not get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
In Neet 2019, 518 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in a government medical college and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL under west Bengal state quota.
But yes with your marks you have chances for Government quota seats in private medical college under West Bengal State quota like SHRI RAMKRISHNA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND SANAKA HOSPITALS etc
To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
