i laminated my 12th marksheet but i didnt notice the parents signature was missing. does it affect me in the future?

Usually it will not harm your future prospects. But if there can be any exceptional case then there may be. Also the college you will take admission in will put some stamp on the back of the marksheet for some official reasons. So if its possible and for safety measures un-laminate the document. If not possible then no need to worry about it.
