i leave college after 2nd year due to some personal reasons. i already taken EBC in 2nd year when i was studying but now my College department tell that to return the amount of scholarship which i taken from Government past year. (nearly 26k) then I'll free to go with my submitted documents.

You did not mention under which criteria you received the scholarship. Different States have different scholarships and so we need more information. But the scholarship is given to you by the Government either for your your merit or your financial situation. No College asks you to return the scholarship amount because it is coming from the Government and not the College. But if you were receiving this scholarship also in the new college, then 2 scholarships under the same category are not allowed. So you need to talk to the College because this is an Administrative decision.
