Focus on weak areas, negative scoring questions and time consumed for the same as well as unattempted questions. Firstly you need to find out where you are facing a problem. In most cases the problem is of time. If you are given more time for the questions most people will be able to solve majority of the questions. And the way to deal with time related problems is to practice as much as you can. Give mock tests and solve timed papers. Whenever you are solving a set of questions set a time limit for yourself. Pick up a quant book and solve all the exercises. In this way you can familiarise yourself with questions so that next time you encounter such a question you will know how to solve it. The key is practice.

Find out the fastest way to solve problems. It might be that you are solving the same question but taking a lot of time when there is a faster way available. So know certain shortcuts that can help you.  For this solve exercises and then look at the solutions and try finding out whether a faster way exists.
