I live in Jabalpur MP... so in Josaa Counseling ,can i get get college in my state or City in a bit lower rank as compared to standard rank bcoz I'm a domicile or I can have the domicile privilege through state counseling only?

Yes, you can get admission through JoSAA counselling participating institutes of Madya Pradesh such as in MNIT, Bhopal. Home state quota is applicable for all NITs, Birla Institute of Technology-Mesra, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology- Shibpur, PEC Chandigarh and Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal except. And the cut off for home state candidates is less compared to cut off for other state candidates. You need to provide your domicile certificate to claim home state reservations in JoSAA counselling.
