Hello Aspirant,
As we know that we are surviving in very unprotected circumstances and we have to take all necessary precautions to save ourselves and along with proper safety measures we have to move on in our life. So now different exams are being conducted and therefore the lockdown has also been uplifted so now there is nothing need to carry any e-pass for travelling from one state to another. What you should carry is just your Hall ticket/Admit card of NEET 2020, a valid ID proof, at least 5 passport size photograph out of which only two are to be used at exam centre other are for some safety reasons and the most important thing is self declaration form/undertaking which clearly mentions that you are not suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID-19 and that you should sign in the front of Invigilator at examination centre.
