    I live in Uttar Pradesh, so I have obc(ncl) certificate issued by UP govt. But my eligible state is Delhi (My 12th class board exams and school were in delhi). Will my obc certificate(issued by UP) be eligible for jac counselling? (My caste is in central obc list of delhi)
