i lived in madhya pradesh for more than 5 years along with my father. he was employed there because of business purpose. but i had completed my matriculation(10th) & 12th Intermediate from bihar. now i am willing to have domicile certificate of madhya pradesh. what documents do i need ?

You need to be eligible to obtain a domicile certificate. For that you need to be a resident for past 5 years in Madhya Pradesh.
The documents required will be:
1.) Ration card.
2.) Address proof- passport, ration card, telephone bill, etc.
3.) Transfer certificate from school.
4.) Application form in the given format.
5.) Proof if owning any property in MP.
6.) Identity proof.
