For Distance learning, the most common platform is to do it from IGNOU i.e. Indira gandhi open international univeristy. This university is quite popular among students who want to do distance education courses or in correspondence.
Apart from this you may go for JNU, Mahatma Gandhi university(MGU), School of Distance education Bharti Vidyapeeth, South Delhi Computer centre, Bgic Institute.
