i lost my 10th, 12th and some other original documents while I was shifting, however, should i file FIR in the place where i lost documents or from the State where i completed my education, and once i report to the police wts the next step?

Hope you are doing great.

As per your question, after filing the FIR the police consider it for the purpose of further investigation and there is no need of you going there all the time. Also, I advise you to go to your respective boards where you have given the examination and get your certificates. Mostly, the authorities will issue you with the certificates in case if there is a genuine cause.
