Speak with NTA Support: Contact the NTA support email or helpline. Give them your information, including your name, birthdate, and application number, if you have one. They might help you get your scorecard back.

NTA Helpline: For phone numbers and email addresses for support, see the official NTA website.
Examine web portals: On occasion, the scorecards are momentarily accessible via approved portals or the official website. Periodically visit the NTA website twice to see if it becomes available once more.

Affidavit: If you need the scorecard to gain entry and are unable to find it, you might want to draft an affidavit declaring that the scorecard was lost. In certain institutions, this can be used in place of the scorecard.

Greetings from Careers360,

I understand your concern regarding the loss of your 2019 NEET UG scorecard. Since you've already checked your mail and contacted your contractor without success, and if it's not available on the NTA official website, I recommend taking the following steps:

1. Contact NTA Helpdesk: You can reach out to the NTA (National Testing Agency) directly via their helpdesk. They usually assist candidates with such issues and might help you retrieve your scorecard.

2. Submit a Request via Grievance Portal: NTA has a grievance portal where you can file a formal request for retrieving your lost scorecard.

3. Visit the Official Website for Reissue: In some cases, NTA provides an option to reissue lost scorecards upon formal request. Keep an eye on the NEET or NTA portals for any such updates.

If you need assistance with anything else, including information on further courses or college admissions, feel free to ask. We’re here to help you in every step of your educational journey.

Best regards,

Its been years now how you can find your NEET score card on website.

If you've lost your Neet ug score card then you're going to face problems during admission  If you do get alloted a college, you will be required to report to the college for registration with a number of documents including your Neet admit card and score card.you should contact NTA they will provide you with a duplicate score card that you can use for future purposes.

However contact CBSE and tell them about your situation and see whether they can do something about it.
