1. If you have completed your application process them surely you would have got some mail to your registered mail id. Kindly check your inbox including spam folder
2. If you haven't received any mail check your registered mobile message application whether you have received any message.
3. If the above fails try logging in the website with the details you know. If u still didn't get your application number try forgot password option
4. Still if all doesn't help write an email to the institution stating your problem. Surely you will get help.
