Hello Hari!!
As you said that, you have lost your certificates and wish to pass the certificate evaluation through Xerox copies only.
So, I want to tell you that it is not at all possible because after selection, you have to submit the following documents in an original form with 2 Xerox Copies also with passport size photographs:

1.) ScoreCard of TS EAMCET
2.) Original Admit Card
3.) Intermediate Passing Certificate in Original
4.) Transfer Certificate in Original with Counter Sign
5.) Income Certificate in Original issued by Income Tax Department of India
6.) Residence Certificate
7.) Caste Certificate

All these documents you have to submit in an original form with Xerox copies also and there is no provision for evaluation of certificates only on the Xerox copies.
Without them, you will not be able to get qualified.
