You should contact the CBSE (Central Board of secondary Education ) office regarding your concern. They may help you with this problem.

You can also contact your school for the reissuing of your Class 12th Admit  card. They surely may have the duplicate copies of the admit cards of the students.

You can contact your 12th standard school. The office has always a online  copy of admit card and they can provide you. Else, you can also contact help centre of your respective board that can provide your admit card to your school.
