i lost my intermediate short memo but i have my long memo.will it be a problem if i dont have short memo?

Mainly the long memo is more important than the short memo. As you have the long memo then you will not most probably face any problem.
You can file for a duplicate short memo which will take some time but you will get it. You should contact your instituion , they will guide you out. Short memo may be needed in your future not in College admission (in most cases colleges / schools examine the long memo).
