*On losing the KCET admit  card it would be a little difficult for you to retain it. You should have been  very much careful regarding such important document. So  I just want to recommend  you, that you must raise the issue directly in front of the authorities.  The only way and they will help you  regarding this matter. And then they will issue one new  admit card which will get signed by the authority , but after the legal analysis.
