If you do not have them there, please reach out to the helpdesk: keauthority-ka@nic.in . Please reach out to them at keauthority-ka@nic.in  from your Registered Email id and mention "Lost Credentials" in your subject. They usually take 24-72 hours for them to respond. They usually take 2-3 days to respond.
