I lost my MH CET application form for MBA. Now I cannot upload it in my CAP round form. Will I be able to participate in CAP round now?

If you have lost the application form and it needs to be uploaded then you can once give a call to the help desk number provided. They must provide you with a solution about how to retrieve it. There's nothing to worry about it. If you have the score card and the admit card then definitely they'll manage to retrieve it.
