It's OK u can download it again. Go to the application link again and download it . If the link isn't working then go to hall ticket download link and login. after login click on application and download it.

Yes it may be required during document verification. But don't worry you can get that again. Just go to the official website of Karnataka PGCET and there you will find the option to download the application form by just logging in with your details. So download your application form and take printout of it and then you can use it for the document verification.

But if you found that application form has been closed now then also you don't have to worry as according to my information it is not necessary. Some important documents are degree certificate( qualifying examination) , study certificate, Gate or GPAT Or PGCET rank card, hall ticket, category certificate ,residence certificate and transfer certificate.
