Dear aspirant,

Am assuming you've already paid the fees and have confirmed your email after which you lost your application form. Don't worry the email that you had provided during the form filling will hold a confirmation letter from the pgcet authority that validates your candidature. So carry that letter or reply along with your documents & receipt on the document verification day.

You can also contact the authority on their email id - keaauthority-ka@nic.in to get mor clarification

Don't worry,if you have lost your application form,then you can re download it from the website.

You just have to enter your details like Roll No,Password..etc that may be mailed to you.

So using these credentials you can relogin and can get the apllication form.
