If you have lost your NEET PG Score card, you can download it from the official website. If you have your admit card then you can download your scorecard with the required details.

Also, if you don't even have your admit card then you can download your scorecard with your Date of Birth only. So, don't worry about the scorecard, just focus on getting a good college.
