You should try the security question. Try giving correct answers to the security questions and you might get an mail about the contact detail and your registered mail ID

IN CASE, ASPIRANTS HAVE FORGOTTEN THEIR NEET 2019 CANDIDATE LOGIN PASSWORD. THE PASSWORD CAN BE RETRIEVED BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS AS MENTIONED BELOW.

1) https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/online/ForgetPwd.aspx

2) SELECT THROUGH OTP RADIO BUTTON OPTION GIVEN ON THE TOP TO RESET THE PASSWORD.

3) ENTER THE APPLICATION NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, SECURITY PIN AND CLICK SUBMIT BUTTON

4) AN OTP WILL BE GENERATED ON THE REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ID.

5) ENTER THE OTP IN GIVEN SPACE AND CREATE A NEW PASSWORD.
