i lost the print of registration form of FYJC CET. how can i get it again. i don't have registration number.

Sorry to know that. Now if you have taken a print previously then you must have the soft copy available in your downloads section of your PC/Smart phone. You can check it there. Also as per the rules, you should have received a official message/ email in your registered mobile number/email address which contains you registration number. If you have that you can get it.
