Hey,
Since you could not fill the form of NEET this year so you cannot take this exam this year. As there are only three National level Entrance Tests to study MBBS in India-NEET,AIIMS,JIPMER. If you haven't filled the forms of AIIMS and JIPMER then your dream of becoming a doctor "this year" won't be able to come true(I am talking strictly in context of Medical Colleges of India,if you want to study medicine abroad then you can but again you have to get through certain procedures).
Now,if you really want to be a doctor then you may drop this year and prepare earnestly for NEET and can take the exam next year. If not,then you may go for various Paramedical Courses or normal graduation like Bachelor of Science in any field of your choice,or Bachelor of Arts.
