Yes of course you will be eligible for NEET 2021 because as per the latest eligibility criteria for NEET 2021 "Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021." And you will complete your age of 17 years on November 27 2021 and also there is no upper age limit yet for NEET 2021.
